Treatment Planning
During our initial session together, I will gather biopsychosocial history, discuss what is bringing you to therapy, and what your hopes are for treatment. By doing this, we will create a treatment plan that utilizes evidenced-based therapeutic modalities to address specific, attainable, and measurable goals.

Individual Therapy
Virtual sessions allow you to participate from anywhere in Colorado. You will need to keep your camera on during therapy sessions to imitate in-person therapy as much as possible. Using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and others, we will work together to progress in your treatment goals.

All therapy sessions will be held virtually as I am not accepting in-person clients at this time. You will need to have access to stable internet and a device with a camera. You must be on camera must be on during therapy sessions.
I use Sondermind to register clients, store confidential therapeutic notes, submit insurance claims, and process billing. We can also meet via video on Sondermind or Zoom.

Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance free of charge. If 24 hours notice is not given, you will be charged the full fee for your scheduled session. Your insurance benefits cannot be used to cover the cost of late cancellations or no-showed appointments.
